WHAT IS THE PATIENT EXPERT SCHOLARSHIP?
The Patient Expert Scholarship provides financial support to expand your knowledge and understanding of medicines research and clinical trials as a patient leader. This includes support for completing all online modules, catering fees at the in person graduation event, and a stipend for travel and accommodation.
The EUPATI Patient Expert Training Programme is a blended training experience consisting of 6 online modules (28 courses total) and 2 training events (1 virtual and 1 in-person). The full programme typically takes 12–14 months to complete and leads to more opportunities to engage in meaningful discussions with health officials, contribute to research, and raise awareness about serious dermatological diseases.
HOW WILL GLOBALSKIN SUPPORT MY LEARNING?
Learners will be awarded an amount between $1200 - $3000 (in Canadian Dollars); amounts will be based on the individual’s departure city.
This financial support will include:
- Costs of the online learning courses
- Catering fee for the in-person graduation event
- Stipend for travel and accommodation to attend the in-person graduation in 2027
Through the Patient Expert Scholarship, accepted recipients will also have exclusive access to a GlobalSkin Learner Cohort connected through quarterly meetings and a private WhatsApp Group.
